Hey Dan,
I just wanted to share. I did my totals for last week and in grooming alone, no retail or Splash and Dash, our number was within $500 of our last Christmas week! Wow, for the middle of February in one of the snowiest winters I can remember! I can thank Splash and Dash and the traffic it has generated and of course your guidance in ramping up my business.
Jeannie is on track to meet her goal of 20 sign ups this month. I think she has 3 more to go and she'll earn her bonus.
I have to hire not only a new front person, but a third bather for Saturdays. (yesterday we saw 54 dogs)
I am so happy with the way things are going, thanks again Dan.
