Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No,
you are registering for a monthly service and can
cancel at any time. We
do request that you give us a 30 day notice to allow time to cancel
your automatic billing.
How do I pay for this service?
We
provide a convenient monthly billing service, therefore,
upon registration into the program, you simply provide us with the
credit or debit card you would like to use and you won’t have to think about it again,
we will automatically bill your account on the first of every month.
What if I sign up mid month, do I still have to pay a
full month’s fee?
You would only be required to pay a pro-rated amounted, determined
by the day of the month you registered and then you would be billed
the monthly amount on the first of the following month.
What if my dog needs his/her nails clipped, do I need
to schedule another appointment?
No, we can
take care of any other small service you might
need such as nail clipping, ears cleaned, even a
facial, for a small up-charge, while your pet is
in for his/her Splash and Dash appointment.
What do these extra services cost?
Typically,
small services such as; nail clipping, eye washes,
ear cleaning are available to Splash and Dash Customers Only, with
VIP pricing of only $3.00 for each service rendered. Please check with your location
to confirm all pricing of these services.
Because I am bringing in my dog for regular bathing, do
I still have to pay a full grooming price when it’s needed?
As
a Splash and Dash customer, you will receive
VIP pricing for your scheduled grooming appointments.
What if I am going away for an extended period of time, will
you continue to charge my account?
Please just notify
us of your plans and we will freeze your account while
you are away. There
will only be a $1.00 monthly charge to keep your account active.
